Refund policy

 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit. Exchanges have been extended to January 31st 2026. 

 


 

Eligibility

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a return and by January 31st for an exchange

Please note:

  • Sale or discounted items can be returned for store credit only.

  • Black Friday Bundles can be returned within 30 days of purchase or exchanged until 31 Jan 2025

 


 

How to Start a Return

 

Email support@saltik.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will reply with a return label and instructions.

Return postage costs are deducted from your refund or store credit once processed.

 



Exchanges

 

We’ve extended our exchange window for the Holidays. For any purchases made after 15 November, you can exchange items or request store credit right through to the end of January 2025. 

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please email us first to confirm availability.

Customers cover the cost of returning the original item, and we’ll take care of the shipping for the replacement.

 


 

Refunds & Store Credit

 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund or issue store credit. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

Store credit will be provided as a digital gift card for future use.

 


 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at support@saltik.com.au with photos and details.

We’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

 


 

Additional Notes

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet the above conditions.

We recommend using the provided label to ensure tracking and safe delivery of your return.
